Team Structure
Effective team structure is the cornerstone of any successful organization, and this is especially true for a large robotics team like ours. A well-defined team structure establishes clear roles and responsibilities, promotes efficient communication, and maximizes productivity. By adhering to a strong team structure, we maximize our collective potential and achieve our goals with precision.
Mentors and Advisors
Our success is fueled by the unwavering dedication and wisdom of our team mentors and advisors. These experienced adults selflessly devote their time and expertise to guide and inspire our members. Through their guidance, our team members gain crucial skills and insight, empowering us to tackle challenges head-on and reach new heights in the thrilling world of robotics. As role models and supporters, our mentors and advisors are the driving force behind our achievements, and we are truly grateful for their leadership and commitment.
Students Administration
Subteam Leaders
Our student administrators consist of Manager, Logistics Manager, and Administrative Assistant. These students oversee the entire team and all events. Manager coordinates between subteams, leads general membership meetings, plans events and communications, etc. Logistics manager plans fundraisers, keeps track of budgeting, coordinates spirit packs, etc. Administrative Assistant fills out and is in charge of any necessary paperwork to keep the team and it’s events running smoothly. These students are chosen by their mentors and team and have great dedication and responsibility.
Each subteam leader is in charge of the members and actions of their subteam, which includes all of general membership. They train their members using their previous experience and expertise, make sure all members are involved, and keep track of all tasks that need to be done.
